The Professional Certificate Programme in Strategic Competencies for CHROs has been specifically curated for professionals in HR leadership positions rendering a more strategic role in the organization and holding a greater consultative role for the other business functions. The programme is designed to ensure that CHROs are well-equipped to lead strategic HR functions, drive organizational success and effectively manage people and processes at the highest level. The curriculum, crafted by distinguished IIM K faculty and industry leaders, offers an immersive experience that fuses theoretical knowledge with practical insights.
All participants of this programme will be entitled to a complimentary 1 year membership of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), world’s largest HR association.
Upon successfully clearing the evaluation requirements of this program, participants qualify for the Executive Alumni status from IIM Kozhikode.
Participants will be extended a special discount on the registration fee for SHRM Annual Conference (Sep/Oct in Delhi) and SHRM Tech Conference (May in Hyderabad) and SHRM will also conduct a live session on guidelines of engagement with SHRM as well as the application process for SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certification exams.

IIM Kozhikode will award a Course Completion Certificate to those who:
1. Meet the minimum requirement of 75% attendance to the sessions (live as well as on-campus modules)
2. Complete the assessment components successfully along with the attendance criteria.
